This web site is a public service offered by the Centre for Applied Special Technology (U.S.)  that analyses web pages for their accessibility to people with disabilities as well as their compatibility with various browsers. You can tell Bobby the URL for a web page you would like to have rated or download the Bobby application and run it locally.

Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI)
A great web site authoritative, comprehensive and international.  Best of all, look at their Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
