1. Master Index (Fiche 1-3)
While this index contains all known aliases and spelling variations the index is comprised of single entity names, the ship of arrival and the year in which a banns record and or correspondence has been located.
2. Yearly indexes (Fiche 4-8)
These indexes contain all known aliases and spelling variations are cross indexed and the page number of the transcriptions given.
