The Strategic and Corporate Services Directorate leads and manages services that underpin and support the organisation in the areas of Digital Services, Corporate Services, Facilities Management and Public Programs. Finance and human resources are provided in conjunction with the Department of Culture and the Arts and the Office of Shared Services.

Digital Services
Leads the innovative development of the State Library’s business in the evolving information and information technology environment and ensures the integrity of the Library’s digital services.

Public Programs
Leads and develops marketing and communication, exhibitions and publication and event coordination services for the Library.

Facilities Management
Provides management and coordination of facility and venue services to ensure that the building and physical assets operate in a safe, efficient and effective manner and meet the business needs of the Library.

Corporate Services
Leads and manages corporate services for the State Library including compliance and risk management, occupational health, safety and welfare, corporate information, quality assurance of contracts, volunteer coordination, training and workforce support.
