Cool off in the State Library Theatre!
Looking for a place to cool off from our hot summer days? Every Wednesday the State Library Theatre features films and videos from their collections. Admission is free and the show starts at 12.30pm. Screenings usually run for about 60 minutes – perfect for a cool lunch hour break. Check the schedule at http://slwa.wa.gov.au/whats_on/film_screenings to find out what’s playing this Wednesday.
The State Library of Western Australia is located in the heart of the Perth Cultural Centre. It preserves and provides access to Western Australia’s published heritage and original historical records. The State Library also provides numerous on-line and e-resources, many of which are accessible from home using your public library membership.
