General Issues

Office of Youth Affairs dotU
This Western Australian government site is easy for young people to understand and access, with many government agencies, including Aboriginal affairs, arts, health, justice, sport, police, employment and training providing youth relevant information. The site also includes a feedback database, frequently asked questions and hotlinks to many community organisations.

Voices of Youth
This UNICEF site designed for young people is arranged into three forums: the meeting place, the learning place and the teachers' place.

Foundation for Young Australians
The Foundation for Young Australians is an independent, non-government organisation dedicated to assisting disadvantaged young Australians to reach their full potential consistent with human rights and responsibilities.

Australian Youth Portal
This Commonwealth Government site provides access to online information on  services, programs, research, policies, events and publications for and about young people aged 12-25 years.

Teen Hoopla
Explores youth literature and libraries in the USA with many hotlinks to a variety of sites.

Teenreads.com
A colourful site that reviews the many genres of youth literature. Reviews are by professionals in the field and teenagers.

Study Survival

Webskills
This Australian site delivers a webskills program which combines on-the-job training with practical experience in web design. It is designed to give young people a kick start into the multi-media industry.

Cool tips for surviving senior secondary school and tertiary study. Includes survival in the classroom, improving your writing skills and time management.
